The Canadian Aerospace Control Agency (C.A.C.A.), dedicated to the investigation of extraterrestrial phenomena, is threatened with closure by a new government Minister who deems it obsolete and unnecessary. A team of five officials, led by the disgraced astronaut Jocelyn Terreault, embarks on a series of maneuvers to try to save the agency. With a satirical eye on bureaucracy and our collective obsession with the unexplained, we follow Jocelyn and his team as they come to realize that the greatest danger might not come from another planet…
